100 Day Juice Feast #8 & Strengthening Yoga for the Torso

Today Victoria did her measurements. Her waist is currently 29 inches, which is a 3 inch reduction from the 32 inches she started with. Victoria also measured her legs at the top and they are 23 inches. There has been no change in this.

Victoria’s starting weight was 149 lbs or 67.5 kilos.
The new weight is 64.8 kilos or 10.2 stone or 142.8 pounds.
A total weight loss of approx 6 lbs in 7 days.

Matthew’s weight has gone down 4.4lbs. He has also noticed that his skin has improved. It has become really soft.

2 Pints Orange Juice
3 Pints Lettuce, Celery, Cucumber, Carrot, Parsley
3 PInts (Carrot, Cucumber, Red Bell Pepper, Romaine Lettuce) in the second set we also included flat leaf parsley.

1 Dessert spoon Hemp Oil
1 Glass Kombucha Tea
