100 Day Juice Feast – #7 ~ & Yoga for Sciatica

1 Pint of Orange Juice
2 Pints Pineapple, Cucumber, Celery, Lemon, Apple, Lettuce
2 Pints of Carrot, Lettuce, Cucumber, Apple, Dill, Beetroot.
1 Pint Orange Juice

1 Dessert Spoon of Hemp Oil Each
2 glasses of Water with Blood Cleanse Herbs
1 Glass of Kombucha

This morning I experienced my first home enema. It went well, and I felt great having done it. I plan on doing an enema every day for the next month.
