100 Day Juice Feast #8 & Strengthening Yoga for the Torso

Today Victoria did her measurements. Her waist is currently 29 inches, which is a 3 inch reduction from the 32 inches she started with. Victoria also measured her legs at the top and they are 23 inches. There has been no change in this.

Victoria’s starting weight was 149 lbs or 67.5 kilos.
The new weight is 64.8 kilos or 10.2 stone or 142.8 pounds.
A total weight loss of approx 6 lbs in 7 days.

Matthew’s weight has gone down 4.4lbs. He has also noticed that his skin has improved. It has become really soft.

3 PInts (Carrot, Cucumber, Red Bell Pepper, Romaine Lettuce) in the second set we also included flat leaf parsley.

This morning I experienced my first home enema. It went well, and I felt great having done it. I plan on doing an enema every day for the next month.

100 Day Juice Feasting #5 ~ Watermelon benefits & How To Breathe

The benefits of Watermelon are:
- Watermelon is over 90% water, so you get loads of juice from it.
- It’s delicious
- It gives you an energy blast.

Watermelons are an excellent source of : -
- Vitamin A, which helps maintain eye health and is an antioxidant;
- Vitamin C, which helps strengthen immunity, heal wounds, prevent cell damage, promote healthy teeth and gums;
- Vitamin B6, which helps brain function and helps convert protein to energy.
- Betacarotene, lycopen, iron, zinc, potassium and other nutritive minerals

100 Day Juice Feast – Day 1

Matthew and I embarked on our 100 Day Juice Feast today, and so far feeling pretty fantastic.

A juice feast has the potential to reverse any health condition. It promotes deep healing of the entire physiological system. Not only physical, also emotional and spiritual healing occurs. The body takes in a massive amount of nutrients from fruits and vegetables with minimum stress on the digestive system allowing the body and mind to be cleansed, nourished and rested all at the same time.

The difference between a juice feast and a fast is that with the juice feast you will be getting enough calories to be able to continue with day to day activities without loss of energy.

We we each drank today:

Breakfast: 1 Pint of Orange Juice
Mid Morning: 2 Pints of Juice (Cucumber, Celery, Apple, Pineapple & Lemon)
Lunch: 2 Pints of Juice (Cucumber, celery, carrot, spinach.)
Evening Juice: 2 pints of Juice (Carrot, Cucumber, Courgette, Celery.)
