Hello and welcome to the third edition of the ‘Be Your Potential‘ Newsletter.
People have asked me, “How do you be your potential?”
Well, to be your potential is to simply be your authentic self. This is to live from your heart, bypassing the programming and conditioning, coming into alignment with who you are at your core.
Health and well being is the subject for this month’s newsletter, and I challenge anybody who says that they are not fit, healthy and vibrant at their core. People are not meant to be sick, tired and out of shape. They have just developed poor strategies for running their lives that do not serve them on a physical level. And if one thing in your life is out of alignment then it has a knock on effect.
“What has alignment got to do with health?”, you may wonder. “Everything”, is your answer. After much study, contemplation and debate, this is the profound conclusion that I have come to. Misalignment is the root cause of all disease, so therefore alignment must be the cure for all disease. Make sense?
So if you have any health issues right now, whatever it is, it is because you are out of alignment. “Out of alignment with what?”, you say. “You are out of alignment with you.” The root cause of all disease is the personality being out of alignment with the soul.

Some people believe that the root cause of disease is negative emotion, or energy blockages, or too much acid in the system, or stress, or toxic overload, or inherited illness. Well, close. But these are all symptoms of the personality being out of alignment with the soul. When we align our personality with our soul, and the sole purpose of our soul, then health, energy and vitality comes in abundance. Positive and joyous emotions overcome emotions of a lower vibration. Blockages are freed up, our body transforms into an alkaline state, toxins are released, and inherited energy patterns change frequency into higher vibrations.
We are talking about physical health and well being here, and the realisation that to be fit, healthy and vibrant is your natural state will start to move you into alignment with that. This is who you are. Create a mantra that you say daily. Here is one to start you off:
“I am fit, healthy and vibrant, and this is my natural state.”
This is who and what you are, so tell your brain it enough times and it will start to concur. You see, the biggest motivator in the human psyche is to be congruent with one’s own identity. So if you see this as your identity then you will do daily actions to support it! Make sense? Motivation and will power become effortless because it is simply who you are. To give you an example: recently my brother has become very involved in various sports and physical challenges. I noticed one day when a friend was offering cream cakes there were a few people that tried to resist because they knew it wouldn’t help their waist-line, but gave in. When my brother was offered, he simply said, “No thanks, I am an athlete.” There was no will power necessary to refuse, it just wasn’t in alignment with the identity that he had created for himself, and his mantra of ‘I am an athlete’ was incredibly powerful. Who are you when it comes to health, fitness and well being?
So how do you know when you are out of alignment? Straight off, how do you feel right now? If you don’t feel so good then you are out of alignment. If you are feeling great, positive emotions then you are in alignment. If you are not feeling good and you don’t know why or what to do about it, then what I am about to share with you will give you clarity.
Decide now what your five highest values are and live them every day.
For example, my five highest values are:
4. Learning and Growth
These are my top five in the order shown, and I make sure I live in accordance with them every day. If I am not feeling good, then I will check in with them, and I will see where I am going off course; and it doesn’t take much to move back into alignment with these values.
Write down your five highest values now. Make sure you are in an empowered state when you do it and come from your heart. You don’t have to get it perfect first time, you can keep refining them. Just by doing this it can have a powerful effect on the body. You may get an automatic chiropractic adjustment, or you may feel some blocked energy released from inside your body, or a shift in your emotional state. Do it now and see!
So the three actions to take are:
(1) Decide now that health and well being is your natural state.
(2) Create your own mantra to support this and say it every day.
(3) Decide now what your five highest values are and live them every day.
Do these three things and no matter where you are in your life, and no matter what your level of health and well being is, you will make a shift and you will transform, shedding your old skin to reveal who you really are; a healthy, energetic and vibrant human being. This is what it is to be your potential!
